OJI LIFE LAB | DIGITAL CONTENT STRATEGY ANDÂ AUDIENCE IMPACT
Worked with the very talented team from OjiLifeLab to develop and launch the largest virtual symposiums on emotional intelligence. The programs featured key thought leaders including: Marc Brackett, Angela Duckworth, Dacher Keltner, and many others.

Currently on assignment as an industry expert and digital strategy consultant for current and future products. Oji is an app company looking to revolutionize the way that individuals and companies learn about EQ and decision making.

CSURGERIES | EXEC OPS, DIGITAL STRATEGY, AND SEED ROUND RAISE
Product development, digital marketing, executive operations (including board management and seed-round raise initiatives). As an executive I raised six-figures in investments to fund the launch of a new website and hiring of a new full-time team. I also led the team towards the most profitable year the organization had since it started.
New products launched during my tenure include a fully functional membership platform, several virtual symposiums, and partner programs with surgical device companies.
SENIOR EXECUTIVES INÂ GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS
Supported the design, development, and execution of the largest virtual government leadership summit in 2020 and 2021. The SEA Leadership Summit welcomed 1000+ government executives across all major federal agencies.

Currently on assignment to support the executive Director and President of SEA to identify, develop, and launch new initiatives that meet audience needs. Also tasked with developing a roadmap to grow and optimize SEA's product strategy for sustainable growth.

Oversaw the digital strategy and execution for www.MarcBrackett.com. Designed and assisted with executing on the launch of a weekly web series on emotional intelligence. The programs have successfully occurred over the last three years and have welcomed 15,000+ participants.

Digital strategy efforts have yielded 100,000+ audience members and several revenue generating opportunities.
BON DIGITAL MARKETING | DIGITAL STRATEGY AND AUDIENCE GROWTH
Bon Digital Marketing is a well-established digital marketing agency based in the metro DC area. I supported the organization as a cofounder and strategic consultant for key clientele.

Projects include: member growth strategy for Cowork medical (a healthcare coworking facility) and SOPE (Society of Physician Entrepreneurs), digital marketing strategy for Kenai (a water filtration company), and digital marketing strategy for several government entities.
ATD | PRODUCT STRATEGY FORÂ L&D, MGT, AND LEADERSHIPÂ PROGRAMS
Executed on launching various programs and products related to management development, government talent development, and healthcare training.
Programs include: the Yale Management Certificate, Management and Healthcare Resource Centers, ATD's Certificate in Management Development (synchronous and asynchronous), Government Workforce Summits, Government Leadership Summit (in partnership with SEA).
AACE | NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Consulting head of project management for a new patient program portal related to audience needs. Will oversee the program management, prototyping, and launch of the new product. Will also support the launch of the digital marketing and go to market strategy.

The CCG Team serves as executive producers and content strategists for Marc Brackett and OjiLifeLab's The Entirely Human podcast. Our role is to work with the talent to develop high quality content and podcast episodes in order to reach a wide audience.
LEADERSUP - THE FUTURE AT WORK
Our team supports the executives in developing a new, scalable, and accessible product to the needs of the LeadersUp audience. CCG also serves as a digital strategy consultant to provide scalable opportunities for future growth within the organization.
